New Donation to InterFaith Works

At The Next Gen Hope, we believe that dignity, accessibility, and compassionate care are essential to overall well-being—especially for older adults and individuals facing housing or financial instability. That belief guided our recent return to Interfaith Works, where we donated mobility and daily-living essentials including brand-new walkers, a shower chair, an elderly portable toilet, and kitchen and dishware supplies to support individuals in need of extra assistance.

Access to adaptive equipment is often something people don’t think about until it’s urgently needed. For seniors and individuals with limited mobility, items like walkers and shower chairs are not conveniences—they are lifelines. They help prevent falls, promote independence, and allow people to move through daily routines safely and with confidence. Similarly, basic household supplies such as dishes and kitchen items play a quiet but important role in restoring a sense of normalcy and stability for those rebuilding their lives.

This donation reflects our commitment to listening closely to our community partners and responding to their most immediate needs. Interfaith Works continues to provide comprehensive support services for individuals across the region, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute resources that specifically support elderly and mobility-limited clients.
